Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Elite AI Holdings LLC, 2010 El Camino Real #2000, Santa Clara, CA 95050, USA collects when you use the EAS LLM Gateway, why, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

• Account data - the email address you sign in with, your plan, and your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• API keys - stored as a SHA-256 hash plus a short non-secret prefix for display. We cannot read your key back.
• Usage records - per day and per model: the number of requests, input and output token counts, and our estimated cost. This is what your console and your invoice are built from.
• Consent records - when you subscribe we record the policy version you accepted, the time, your IP address and browser user-agent, as proof of consent.
• Operational logs - short-lived request logs (timestamp, tenant, model, status code) used to run and debug the Service.

What we do not do

We do not store the content of your prompts or the model's responses. Request bodies are held in memory only for as long as it takes to forward them to the provider and return the answer; only token counts survive. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train any model, and we do not sell personal data.

Who else sees your requests

The provider that serves a request necessarily receives its content. Depending on the model you choose that is OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Google (Gemini) or Cloudflare (Workers AI), each under its own API terms and privacy policy. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your email and billing details - we never see or store your card number. Transactional email (sign-in links, key delivery) is sent through Brevo.

Retention

Account and usage records are kept while your account exists and for up to 24 months afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Monthly token counters expire after about 40 days. Revoked keys stay as a hash so the audit trail remains intact.

Your rights

Write to support@eliteaiempire.com to access, correct, export or delete your account data. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your account revokes every key immediately.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Keys are never stored in plaintext. Console sign-in uses a single-use, 15-minute link and a signed, HTTP-only session cookie. If a breach affects your data we will notify you.
