EAS LLM Gateway is a product of Elite AI Holdings LLC, 2010 El Camino Real #2000, Santa Clara, CA 95050, USA.

Card statements and Stripe receipts may show our previous trading name until the payment processor record is updated.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal link on your receipt, or by writing to support@eliteaiempire.com. Access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the Service is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

After the first 14 days

Renewals are not automatically refundable, but we will refund a renewal charge in full if you contact us within 7 days of it and have not used the Service in that billing period. If an outage or defect on our side prevented you from using the Service for a material part of a billing period, tell us and we will refund or credit that period pro rata.

Free tier

The free plan costs nothing and therefore has nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@eliteaiempire.com from your account email address, naming the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5-10 business days.
